Stuart has recaptured the enjoyment of gymnastics through his excellent teaching. stuart has taken the fundamental skills and broken them down into smaller teaching methods and steps to allow all the children to learn and acheive. every lesson is delivered with high quality teaching and a sense of real enjoyment from both the children and himself.

As a teacher shadowing stuarts lessons, i have learnt a variety of different warm up activities, stretches and gymnastics shapes but most importantly i have learnt how to break down different gymnastics skills into easily achevable and easily understandable steps which puts the child as the focus
